The MEP Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope on complex construction projects. This role serves as a key interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams, ensuring MEP systems are designed, constructed, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with project objectives, quality standards, schedule requirements, and budget expectations.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the delivery of MEP scope throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and turnover.\nManage MEP project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.\nCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.\nReview MEP designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements.\nMonitor construction progress and oversee installation activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.\nFacilitate technical issue resolution and drive timely decision-making across project teams.\nSupport procurement efforts, bid evaluations, contractor selection, and contract administration activities.\nLead MEP coordination meetings and manage interfaces between building systems and construction trades.\nOversee testing, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities to ensure operational readiness.\nMonitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget objectives.\nPrepare project reports, forecasts, and executive-level presentations for clients and stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for value engineering, process improvement, and enhanced project delivery outcomes.\nFoster strong client relationships and contribute to business development and project pursuit activities as needed.\n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience managing MEP systems on large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, life sciences, or data center projects.\nStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems infrastructure.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies, construction delivery processes, commissioning, and project controls.\nAbility to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.\nStrong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.\nPMP, PE, LEED, CCM, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.\n *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
