Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany we are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Project Manager (m/f/d) QA/QC to join our Data Centre team in Düsseldorf.\nIn this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Security, Controls, and Connectivity systems on large-scale construction projects. The role oversees inspections, testing, quality documentation, issue resolution, and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions on one of our high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and industry standards.\nIdentify, track, and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.\nSupervise inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEP, Security, Controls, and Connectivity systems.\nMaintain QA/QC records and quality documentation within project management platforms.\nDevelop and implement corrective action plans with project stakeholders.\nCommunicate quality, technical, and site issues to project and quality management teams.\nVerify contractor progress and support project reporting.\nMaintain site records and daily progress reports.\nRepresent the Owner's Representative (OR) during trade-to-trade and system handovers.\nParticipate in client safety programs and promote a strong safety culture.\n Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline\nMultiple years’ experience in a Quality role on large construction projects, ideally data centres or mission-critical facilities\nStrong knowledge of quality management systems, defect management, and handover processes\nExperience working to detailed technical specifications\nExcellent coordination, organisational, and stakeholder management skills\nProficiency with a variety of related computer software applications including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) is required\nExperience and proficiency with online document management applications is a plus\nFluent English (written and spoken) required; German proficiency is a strong advantage\nAvailability for on-site work\n\nExperience in a QA/QC, supervisory, or project management role on large-scale construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of MEP systems, building services, testing, commissioning, and quality processes.\nExperience with Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV), Building Controls (BMS), and Connectivity infrastructure (Structured Cabling, Fiber, Network Systems) is highly desirable.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project management tools.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nProactive mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and project delivery.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
