Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Italy we are currently recruiting for an experienced OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in Milan.\nIn this role you will oversee vendor interfaces, schedules, quality, and on-site installation in line with project requirements.\nWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.\nResponsibilities:\nManage OFCI vendors to ensure on-time delivery, installation, and compliance with specifications.\nReview vendor technical submissions and support change and risk management.\nStructure the complex work interfaces with ease and showing effective ways of working and managing activities and stakeholders across the critical project management categories of: Scope, Time, Cost and Quality.\nAlign vendor equipment schedules with the overall project programme.\nPerforming in depth contract and scope of work reviews with gap analysis, ensuring all contractual scope is covered between the vendors and site contractors teams.\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders across various client departments and contractors.\nProvide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and fostering trust throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to guide project execution effectively.\n Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in data center commissioning, operations or facility management\nExperiences with typical equipment involved in data center construction such as generators, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, BAS, EPMS, AHUs\nQA/QC manufacturing and vendor management experience\nProficient in MS Office; document management application experience is a plus\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nItalian speaking, good command of written and spoken English \nAvailability for on-site work\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
