The role also supports the Finance Lead for the South East, South West and Midlands regions to ensure that all monthly financial objectives for operational Directors and Head Office Finance are achieved in line with company policies and deadlines.\nFinancial Management & Reporting\nSet up and maintain contracts/projects in Dynamics 365, including charge rates, project forecasts and spread profiles.\nLead monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting reviews with Project Directors and the leadership team.\nAnalyse and explain variances against forecasted figures.\nMaintain up-to-date, accurate financial data within Dynamics 365.\nReview and interpret utilisation data to support performance insights.\nComplete monthly invoices and billing reports.\nProduce monthly finance reports for external clients.\nRespond to financial queries from operational staff.\nReconcile financial data and perform quality checks to eliminate errors.\nProvide data and support for internal/external reports, audits and profitability reviews.\nOperational Finance Activities\nManage Intercompany (Interco) agreements, invoices and purchase orders.\nManage subcontractor purchase orders and verify contractor invoices on the purchase ledger.\nCollate and manage client timesheets in support of invoicing processes.\nSupport the Credit Control team with payment queries and escalations.\nAdhere to SOX control requirements where applicable.\n Skills & Competencies\nStrong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data.\nAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PivotTables).\nHighly analytical with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.\nExceptional accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing demands.\nFlexible, proactive, and responsive approach.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.\nStrong understanding of financial processes, mechanisms, and systems (full training on T&T systems provided).\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.\nExtensive experience in accountancy or finance roles.\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and management accounts.\nExperience using financial management systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).\nExperience using Power BI reports.\nProven ability to collaborate and operate within diverse, multicultural, multinational, and multi-partner environments\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
