Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.\n Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.\nConduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.\nPrepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.\nRecommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.\nConduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.\nArrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.\n Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects. Data Center projects are highly desirable\nProficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.\nCandidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.\nStrong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
