We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects\nConduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.\nPrepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.\nRecommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.\nConduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.\nArrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.\nTo provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects.\nTertiary degree in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.\nMinimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects \nCandidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.\nStrong knowledge of the end-to-end construction and project processes\nProfessional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project. Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.\nPreferable large-scale Real Estate project experience - Hospitals/ Retail/ Commercial/ Hotels/ High-Rise / Universities / Residential Projects experience\nValid working rights in Australia\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
