Communication & Stakeholder Management\nYou serve as the primary interface and manager for all non-technical site\ncommunications, ensuring the project's external and internal 'voice' is consistent,\nprofessional, and well-managed.\nClient Relations: Act as the first point of contact for the client regarding site\nvisits, facility usage, and progress reporting.\n\nPublic Relations: Manage community communication channels towards BUK\nto keep the local public informed of site activities (noise, traffic disruptions).\n\nSite Relations: Act as the first point of contact for any PMB related issues or\ngeneral logistics to and from the PMB.\n\nInternal Flow: Establish and maintain the \"Site Communication Protocol and\nMatrix\"-ensuring that directives from the PMC reach the SPC’s operatives on\nthe ground effectively.\n\nWeekly Meetings/Reporting: Assisting and chairing weekly meetings and\nadministering any protocols as well as keeping the group channels and\ncalendars up to date\nDocumentation: Helping with the development of any informative\nPresentations if and when required and keeping the site data up to date\nincluding all deliverables documentation working closely with the PMC.\n2.
