The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, enhance performance, and drive sustainable business outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience evaluating processes, implementing improvements, and supporting organizational change. Experience in construction project management within financial services is strongly recommended. This role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and data-driven solutions that align with client and business objectives.\nWhat you'll do\nAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.\nFacilitate process mapping, workflow analysis and improvement workshops.\nDevelop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive adoption of new processes.\nMonitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure improvement effectiveness and benefits realization.\nSupport business transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives.\nPrepare process documentation, recommendations, reports, and executive presentations.\nIdentify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across business operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and promote best practices.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement programs.\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or consulting.\nExperience with construction project management programs. Experience with financial services client facility construction desired.\nExperience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nThorough knowledge of the project management lifecycle for commercial real estate.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience supporting business transformation and change initiatives.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio are required.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.\n *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
