Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\nWe are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement CAPEX Representative to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of capital investment projects within a manufacturing environment.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project procurement strategies, managing sourcing and contracting activities, and ensuring that procurement decisions deliver value while supporting project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, compliance and risk management.\nYou'll be responsable of :\nDevelop and implement project procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project objectives and business priorities.\nLead sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award activities across CAPEX projects.\nManage commercial aspects of contracts, purchase orders, variations and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor procurement expenditure, commitments and forecasted costs, ensuring alignment with approved project budgets.\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain, procurement and contractor-related risks that may impact project delivery.\nEnsure compliance with quality, EHS, legal, sustainability and corporate governance requirements.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Legal and EHS teams to support successful project execution.\nProvide regular reporting on procurement activities, contract status, risks, savings and key project milestones.\nSupport contractor onboarding, documentation management and site compliance requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote procurement best practices across CAPEX projects.\n This position requires working on site 5 days a week\nMinimum 2 years of experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Project Controls, Commercial Management or related disciplines.\nExperience supporting sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, tender evaluations and contract awards.\nExposure to industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction or regulated environments.\nExperience managing purchase orders, contracts, supplier relationships and change management processes.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, procurement tools and project cost management practices.\nUnderstanding of supplier risk management, compliance requirements and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.\nExperience working alongside EHS, Quality, Legal and Finance functions.\nStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
