Every day we help our major Pharmaceutical clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects worldwide.\nAre you interested in working for the world’s leading pharma corporations, delivering their world class, large scale complex projects?\n Estamos en busqueda de un Procurement Manager, quien actúa como un recurso integrado al equipo local del cliente, brindando soporte especializado durante todo el ciclo de compras de proyectos CAPEX y asegurando el cumplimiento de la estrategia, gobernanza y procedimientos definidos por Procurement Global.\nEntre sus responsabilidades se incluyen:\npreparación y coordinación de procesos RFP/RFQ,\nconsolidación de documentación de licitación,\ncoordinación de aportes de las áreas técnicas y de proyecto\nanálisis y comparación de ofertas\nidentificación de desviaciones comerciales y contractuales\npreparación de recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones\nseguimiento del estatus de las compras y coordinación con equipos de Procurement, Ingeniería y Project Management para asegurar una ejecución eficiente y oportuna de las contrataciones.\nEl rol proporciona análisis, coordinación y recomendaciones, mientras que las decisiones finales y aprobaciones permanecen dentro de la estructura de gobernanza del cliente.\n Capacidades y Conocimientos Requeridos\nSólidos conocimientos de procesos de procurement y strategic sourcing para proyectos CAPEX.\nEstudios de Ingeniería/ Arquitectura o carrera afín, con conocimiento y experiencia concreta en compras y experiencia en el rubro de Real Estate.\nExperiencia en preparación y gestión de licitaciones (RFP/RFQ), evaluación de ofertas y procesos de adjudicación.\nCapacidad para analizar propuestas comerciales, técnicas y contractuales, identificando riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades de optimización.\nConocimiento de contratos de construcción, ingeniería, equipamiento y servicios profesionales.\nComprensión de principios de cost management, project management y control de proyectos.\nExperiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionando múltiples procesos de compra simultáneamente.\nHabilidades avanzadas de negociación, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.\nCapacidad para desarrollar matrices comparativas, análisis comerciales y recomendaciones ejecutivas para la toma de decisiones.\nConocimiento de gobernanza corporativa, compliance, procesos de aprobación y mejores prácticas de procurement.\nAlto nivel de organización, orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos exigentes.\nCompetencia avanzada en Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos y seguimiento de procurement.\nNivel avanzado de inglés para coordinación con equipos globales y revisión de documentación contractual y comercial.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
