Please note: This role will be Houston, Texas based with travel to Eunice, New Mexico up to 20% of the time.\nRoles and responsibilities include but not limited to:\nStrong knowledge of the full procurement process from developing tender documents through to evaluation, negotiation and contract documentation and tracking \nInterfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages\nRFP issue and clarifications\nAttention to structure and detail \nStrong collaboration, negotiation skills, and reporting knowledge\nPlant EPC technical interface, plant EPC commercial matter\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable\n Minimum 7 years of procurement or commercial experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS, including EPC or BOP contracting\nDemonstrated experience running competitive RFPs, bid leveling, and contract negotiation for construction scopes\nWorking knowledge of HV interconnection, civil, and site preparation scopes, and of plant EPC interface management\nStrongly preferred:\nExperience with ECI, PCSA, and unit rate and quantity true-up structures\nKnowledge of local and regional civil and clearing contractors in active markets\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
