They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.\nThis position is on-site at our client’s campus three days a week in Indianapolis.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain and distribute routine reports.\nSubmit purchase requisitions for supplier purchase orders / contracts \nMonitor vendor invoicing against projects\nResearch budget and invoice issues\nAssist with project closeout when project is work has been completed and ensure internal/external process compliance\nIdentifying budget or financial problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions\nMonitor project financials / budget data and documentation\nUse aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement.\nLearn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.\nCollaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.\nCollect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.\nHave some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.\nImpact the quality of own work.\nWork within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.\nExchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.\nBachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.\nAbility to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.\nExperience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\nOrganizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.\nIntermediate math skills.
