In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring financial rigor, benchmarking excellence, and best-in-class delivery across a significant portfolio of capital projects.\nAs a Program Management Director based in Menlo Park, CA (on-site with flexibility), you will be instrumental in leading and executing complex a high-value Tenant Improvement (TI) program across our client's campus, with individual project values typically ranging from $30M to $100M. Your expertise will be critical in delivering diverse spaces, including general office and tech lab spaces. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in General Contracting within the areas of Project and Program Management. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing high-complexity projects exceeding $30M.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.\nOversee large cross-functional workplace and tech lab projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.\nEnsure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.\nManage internal and external relationships in support of programs.\nWork with key stakeholders to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.\nCreate & distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.\nApply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.\nShowcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.\nCoach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with our values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred\n10+ years of experience managing commercial construction Tenant Improvement and New Construction projects and programs with a focus in tech labs and/or workplace construction.\nExperience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.\nThe innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.\nAbility to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\nExpert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.\nHighly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.\n The base salary range for this role is $180,000-$200,000. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
