The ideal individual will be driven and have prior experience supporting construction programs (atm rollouts, retail banking renovations, and new stores).\nThis is a remote role but the person will be required to work Eastern Standard Time hours.\nWhat you´ll do\nCoordinate construction programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.\nDevelop and implement project management processes and methodologies.\nOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.\nConduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams, providing guidance and analysis.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and quality standards.\nProvide project management advice and support to project stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.\nSupport the effort to win new work by participating in bids for project management scopes of work.\nMonitor project performance and provide reporting on key performance indicators.\n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred. \nA thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices. \nA thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management\nHave the technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications and interpret construction methods \nBe able to understand and follow site HSSE Policies \nTechnology competent in using the following Software: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint \nCompetent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance \nStrong communication skills.\n *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
