The Turner & Townsend Graduate Development Program has been designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program.\nThe Program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, and experience is based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service.\nThe program is offered at our Dearborn, MI location.\nAs a Graduate Project Controls Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data and delivery-supporting major programs and capital projects through schedule management, cost control, performance tracking, and analytics.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide preconstruction support during project approval phase, historical cost data, assist in development of annual contractor purchase orders.\n\nManage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software, for monthly financial reporting on multiple projects.\n\nManage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management, change management, document control, etc.\n\nManages monthly forecasts and cash flows, understands forecast variances, and develops monthly executive reports.\n\nManage monthly vendor invoice review process within invoicing software, including project management review, 3rd party auditing services, and communication with accounts payable.\n\nResponsible for accurate accrual reporting for all existing PO's, including communication with vendors and finance.\n\nFacilitate change order routing and review processes within project management software, content analysis, and executive approval as required.\n\nReview project financial health with management team each month (via dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons, productivity reports, etc.)\n\nManagement of internal and contractor risk register update & contingency evaluation.\n\nFinancial closeout of internal budgets, vendor POs, etc.\n\nWork closely with site scheduler to compare financial forecasts and risks that are in alignment with schedule updates.\n\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\n 0-2 years of industry experience\n\nBachelor's and/or master's degree\n\nPreferred Degrees:\n\nConstruction Management\n\nConstruction Science\n\nEngineering\n\nProject Management\n\nGeneral Business\n\n Turner & Townsend is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
