We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Develop and implement tailored Project Control concepts for data center construction, ensuring precise cost and document control.\nEstablish and communicate effective processes for control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.\nDrive major project control milestones, including cash flow, monthly pay applications, schedule management, and final accounts.\nManage commercial activities with GC and key sub-contractors, overseeing day-to-day project control.\nSupport change control processes, manage ongoing issue tracking, and provide priority-driven commercial issue reporting.\nCollaborate with Scheduler on schedule progress reports and analysis.\nAssist in review, development, issuance, and evaluation of subcontract change orders.\nMaintain and control budgets, providing detailed cost reporting updates.\nIdentify and evaluate potential changes, review contractor invoices, and coordinate implementation plans.\nPresent cost analysis results to clients, ensuring alignment with governance and objectives.\nDefine work scope, prepare schedules, and budgets for various-sized projects.\nContribute to a culture of safety, quality, speed, and effectiveness.\n Bachelor's Degree in construction/project/cost management.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs; Primavera P6 knowledge is advantageous.\nMinimum 10 years relevant cost control experience in data centers, hi-tech and similar large construction.\nStrong analytical skills.\nAdaptable to client-specific collaborative delivery models.\nEffective communication with senior management.\nCreative problem-solving for bespoke solutions.\nAbility to work fast and agile\nAbility to work independently and in a team, taking ownership.\nStrong organizational skills for concurrent activities.\nComfortable overseeing the project lifecycle form design through to final accounts.\nBasic understanding of variance analysis.\nExperience with administration, resource planning, and strong aptitude for learning client’s specific tools and systems.\nIn-depth expertise in cost estimates and planning\nContract management experience, with the ability to determine the validity of commercial claims.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
