The Project Controls Scope & Integration Lead will be based in Houston, Texas and travel up to 20% of the time to Eunice, New Mexico.\nThis role is responsible for ensuring alignment and integration of project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and performance management activities across nuclear projects and programs. The Scope & Integration Lead partners with engineering, project management, procurement, contracts, construction, and operations teams to maintain scope integrity, support project controls governance, and provide integrated performance insights that enable successful project execution in a highly regulated environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead integration of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management processes across projects.\nEnsure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements.\nSupport project controls governance, performance reporting, and decision-making.\nCoordinate scope management activities and evaluate impacts to schedule, cost, and project objectives.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve project risks, issues, and interface challenges.\nDevelop integrated reporting, metrics, and analysis to support project performance and regulatory compliance.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.\n10-15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or major capital project delivery.\nAbility to provide strategic direction and oversight for scope management, change control, risk management, cost control, and schedule integration processes.\nExperience presenting project performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nKnowledge of scope management, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change control processes.\nSenior individual contributor who leads through influence, coordination, governance, and integration across multiple disciplines.\nExperience in nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries preferred.\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
