Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities by coordinating inputs from project teams and stakeholders. \nOrganize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation of accurate meeting minutes. \nTrack project action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure of tasks. \nCoordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants. \nMonitoring & Reporting\nMaintain project trackers, schedules, and reporting tools to monitor progress and performance. \nPrepare and provide project reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders. \nSupport the preparation of progress updates, status reports, and performance summaries. \nAssist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and project milestones. \nStakeholder Management\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project activities. \nSupport the flow of information between teams to ensure transparency and timely updates. \nEnsure that stakeholder requirements and requests are communicated and addressed appropriately. \nGovernance & Systems\nMaintain project documentation, filing systems, and records in accordance with project and organizational standards. \nEnsure compliance with governance processes, reporting requirements, and documentation standards. \nSupport implementation and maintenance of project management tools and systems. \nRisk & Issue Tracking\nMaintain and update project risk and issue registers. \nTrack mitigation actions and provide status updates to stakeholders. \nSupport identification and documentation of project risks and issues. \n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nEngineering background is preferred, with knowledge or exposure to engineering, construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects.\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management tools.\nGood understanding of project lifecycle, documentation requirements, and reporting processes.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
