Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world\nWho are you?\nYou are an expert Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3+ years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment\n As aProject Coordinator you will be involved in;\nResponsibilities:\nAssist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time. \nAssist with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. \nEnsure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained. \nBuild & maintain strong relationships with the client and team members. \nInterface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors. \nAssist with the flow of project information between team members / stakeholders. \nAttend relevant meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs as current. \nDevelopment of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items. \nContribute to monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program. \nPreparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports, executive dashboards and other reporting requirements. \nAssist with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects. \nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n Experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred. \nBA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
