We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Project Management\nLead end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, including new builds, expansions, fit-outs, and upgrades.\nDevelop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.\nMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule and cost risks.\nManage project scope, change orders, risk registers, and project governance processes.\nDesign & Construction Oversight\nCoordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases.\nReview and validate design documentation, construction drawings, and technical specifications.\nEnsure construction activities comply with approved plans, building codes, and client requirements.\nOversee site activities and construction milestones.\nContractor & Vendor Management\nManage general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and commissioning partners.\nMonitor contractor performance, project deliverables, and contractual compliance.\nLead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.\nCommissioning & Handover\nCoordinate integrated systems testing and commissioning activities.\nEnsure readiness of critical infrastructure including:Electrical distribution systems\nUPS and backup power systems\nGenerators and fuel systems\nHVAC and cooling systems\nFire detection and suppression systems\nBMS/DCIM platforms\n\nSupport successful operational handover to facility and operations teams.\nHealth, Safety & Quality\nPromote a strong safety culture across all project activities.\nEnsure compliance with workplace safety regulations and site safety standards.\nConduct project quality reviews, inspections, and audits.\nDrive resolution of construction quality issues and defects.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in construction project management.\nAt least 3-5 years managing mission-critical, data centre, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, logistics, or industrial construction projects.\nProven experience delivering large-scale projects \nStrong understanding of MEP systems within critical environments.\nKnowledge of Tier III/Tier IV data centre design principles.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational readiness requirements.\nUnderstanding of construction contracts, procurement, scheduling, and cost management.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
