We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Role Overview\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Lead with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction, real estate, infrastructure, or engineering projects. The role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Lead will drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end project execution from planning through commissioning and handover.\nDevelop and implement project execution strategies aligned with business and client objectives.\nEnsure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nProvide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams.\nProject Planning & Controls\nOversee project schedules, resource plans, procurement plans, and project milestones.\nMonitor project performance and drive corrective actions where required.\nEstablish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.\nManage project risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and senior management.\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project review meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.\nResolve project issues and conflicts through effective communication and negotiation.\nCommercial & Contract Management\nOversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and cost control processes.\nEnsure effective administration of contracts, variations, claims, and change management.\nSupport commercial negotiations and dispute resolution activities.\nDrive value engineering initiatives to enhance project profitability and efficiency.\nTeam Management & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, and support teams.\nFoster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and accountability.\nEnsure optimal resource allocation across project activities.\nPromote professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and company standards.\nChampion Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management initiatives.\nConduct periodic project audits and performance reviews.\nDrive a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement.\nReporting & Governance\nPrepare and present project performance reports to senior leadership.\nTrack key project metrics, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.\nEnsure effective project documentation and record management.\nImplement lessons learned and best practices across projects.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.\nMBA or Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.\nExperience Requirements\n15+ years of experience in project management and project delivery.\nProven experience managing large-scale construction, real estate, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects.\nStrong track record of leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.\nExperience handling high-value projects from initiation to successful completion.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
