They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.\nThis role will focus on healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects. Up to 20% of travel expected throughout the Eastern US.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.\nWork directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.\nDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.\nImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.\nEnsure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.\nDirect the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.\nCreate action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.\nDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.\nApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.\nCoach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.\nImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.\nWork within broad guidelines and policies.\nExplain difficult or sensitive information.\n Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.\nAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.\nWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\nOrganizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.\nSophisticated math skills.
