The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.\nResponsibilities:\nManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.\n\nCan analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.\n\nVerify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.\n\nEnsure application of best practice on all projects.\n\nProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as required\n\nMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly.\n\nManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews\n\nManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.\n\nForecast and update key project milestones and budget.\n\nManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria\n\nProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders\n\nRapid response to RFIs from the field\n\nProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required\n\nIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.\n\nClient management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.\n\nStrategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.\n\nKnowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured.\n\nProcess improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes\n\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicabl\n\n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.\n\nStrong organizational and management skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team\n\nEffective presentation skills\n\nProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nTurner & Townsend is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
