The role will help deliver projects and programme workstreams across enterprise clients, ensuring governance, delivery, risk, budget and stakeholder objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects and smaller programmes from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, status reports and programme controls.\nCoordinate client teams, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve successful delivery outcomes.\nMonitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.\nSupport procurement activities including tender processes, bid evaluations and supplier management.\nPrepare and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, workshops and project reviews.\nManage project financials including forecasting, invoicing support and budget tracking.\nBuild strong client relationships and provide high-quality project management advice throughout delivery.\nPeople & Leadership Responsibilities\nContribute positively to team culture and support development of junior colleagues where appropriate.\n Degree qualified or equivalent experience. 2:1 or higher (or equivalent) in Construction related degree.
