As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that shape the built environment across Sweden, working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.\nYou'll take responsibility for your own projects or support more complex commissions, working closely with clients, contractors and experienced colleagues. This role offers excellent variety and exposure across the Swedish real estate market, while providing opportunities for professional development and career growth.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead or support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes. \nBuild strong working relationships with clients, consultants and project teams. \nManage project scope, programme, budget and resources to meet agreed objectives. \nCoordinate cross-functional teams and support effective collaboration. \nMonitor project performance across time, cost and quality, and take action where needed. \nManage risks, issues and change control processes throughout the lifecycle. \nSupport procurement activities and manage supplier and contractor interfaces. \nMaintain clear governance, reporting and communication with stakeholders. \nManage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing. \nContribute to client relationships, business development and process improvement. \n Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or a related discipline. \nStrong experience in Project Management within the real estate sector, ideally across retail and office projects.\nGood understanding of project planning, delivery and governance. \nStrong organisational and communication skills. \nProactive and collaborative approach. \nRecognised Project Management Qualification is desired. \nExperience with MS Project is preferred, and AutoCAD would be an advantage.\nFluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. \n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
