The role will manage projects from planning and design coordination through construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and close-out.\nThe successful candidate should combine strong project leadership with practical experience in semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, M&E systems, utilities, tool hook-up, or other high-tech manufacturing environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives are achieved.\nDevelop and manage project execution plans, master schedules, budgets, resource plans and key milestones.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, contractors, consultants, vendors and client stakeholders.\nManage design and engineering coordination across relevant M&E, CSA, cleanroom, facilities and process-support systems.\nMonitor construction progress, productivity, procurement and contractor performance.\nIdentify project risks, constraints and potential delays, and drive mitigation and recovery actions.\nManage project costs, forecasts, variations/change orders and commercial matters.\nLead regular project and progress meetings and provide clear reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, HSE standards and applicable Singapore regulations.\nCoordinate inspections, testing & commissioning, system integration, snagging/punch-list closure and final acceptance.\nManage project documentation, handover and close-out requirements.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholder\n Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.\n5+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally within semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing or other mission-critical facilities.\nDemonstrated involvement in semiconductor FAB, cleanroom, tool hook-up, M&E/utilities or facility construction projects is highly advantageous.\nStrong understanding of project planning, cost control, risk management, procurement, construction and commissioning.\nProven ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.\nStrong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nProficiency with common project-management and Microsoft Office tools.\nPMP or equivalent project-management certification is advantageous.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
