Program consists of new ATM installation for retail bank branches throughout Southeast.\nThis job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for installation scheduling and vendor management to ensure program milestones and timelines are met successfully.\nWhat you’ll do \nCoordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.\nMonitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved.\nInterface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.\nDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.\nImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.\nEnsure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.\nBuild action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.\nDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.\nMentor others and share in-depth knowledge of be responsible for your job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.\n What you’ll need \nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future\nBachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.\nExperience managing schedules and vendor management required. \nRetail bank project/program experience is strongly desired. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in MS Project or other project management software required.\nGeneral knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.\nStrong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.\n *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
