Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n The purpose of the Commissioning Manager position is to plan, lead, and manage all commissioning activities to ensure that systems, equipment, and facilities are installed, tested, and operated safely, reliably, and in full compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.\nThis role provides critical contribution by bridging Engineering, Construction, and Operations, ensuring a smooth transition from project execution to operational readiness, minimizing technical risks, delays, and rework, and ultimately supporting timely project handover and operational excellence.\nEarly involvement at this stage is required to support systemization, commissioning planning, constructability and operability reviews, interface management, and risk mitigation activities, ensuring commissioning readiness and alignment with the project schedule.\nPlan and manage commissioning activities\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders\nLead system testing and performance validation\nManage commissioning resources and contractors\nIdentify and mitigate commissioning risks\nSupport handover and operational readiness\n Experience working as a Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Lead / Supervisor on DATA CENTER projects.\nSignificant exposure to pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.\nProven experience leading commissioning teams on large-scale industrial, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure projects.\nStrong knowledge of commissioning methodologies, systemization, turnover processes, and handover to operations.\nSolid understanding of HSSE requirements, risk assessments, and safe work practices during commissioning and start-up.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
