The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones while maintaining detailed project documentation\nManage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and develop contingency plans\nOversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and UAE regulations\nLead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff, fostering collaboration and accountability\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns\nManage contracts, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and maintain project efficiency\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including local UAE safety standards and OSHA guidelines\nAnalyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency\n Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management\nProven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local UAE regulations\nProficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail\nAdvanced time management and organizational capabilities\nProficiency in contract management and procurement processes\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nProject Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification \nExperience with large-scale or complex construction projects \n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
