Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of a large-scale, technically complex infrastructure project in Singapore.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, consultants, contractors, specialist vendors, and relevant authorities to ensure programme, risk, compliance, documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities are effectively managed.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Controls\nDevelop, maintain, and regularly update integrated project schedules, master programmes, milestone trackers, and project control tools.\nMonitor progress against planned milestones, proactively identifying schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and recovery opportunities.\nTrack design development, procurement activities, long-lead equipment, construction progress, testing and commissioning, and key project deliverables.\nSupport the Project Lead in monitoring overall programme, risk, quality, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and project performance.\nReporting & Governance\nPrepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, management updates, and executive-level reporting.\nDevelop clear project performance metrics and insights to support governance and management decision-making.\nMaintain risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, mitigation plans, and other project governance records.\nTrack regulatory requirements, statutory submissions, approvals, waivers, certification requirements, and other compliance obligations.\nSupport compliance with relevant project governance, Security-by-Design (SBD), sustainability/certification, and operational-readiness requirements.\nStakeholder & Project Coordination\nCoordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, specialist advisors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, design coordination sessions, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagements.\nPrepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain action logs, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely closure.\nSupport tender administration, procurement coordination, and commercial reporting activities.\nDocument & Information Management\nManage project correspondence, registers, records, and documentation to ensure project information remains accurate, current, traceable, and accessible.\nMaintain document-control systems, submission registers, meeting records, approval trackers, and project filing structures.\nTesting, Commissioning & Handover\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, and systems-integration activities across multiple project stakeholders.\nMonitor readiness for Integrated Systems Testing (IST), operational-readiness reviews, and final handover.\nTrack as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training records, regulatory approvals, testing records, and other handover deliverables.\nSupport project close-out, defects management, final documentation reviews, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) coordination.\n Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience managing or coordinating complex infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, data centres, technology infrastructure, M&E-intensive developments, or other highly regulated projects.\nStrong project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder-management capabilities.\nExperience working in environments involving multiple consultants, contractors, specialist vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with testing & commissioning, systems integration, operational readiness, IST, authority submissions, and handover processes would be advantageous.\nExposure to Security-by-Design (SBD) requirements or projects with stringent security, compliance, or regulatory requirements would be advantageous.\nStrong documentation, governance, reporting, and communication skills.\nAble to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder project environment.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
