Supporting projects and programmes from their early-stage scope and design definition establishment through to successful completion assisting and guiding their development and progression.\nThis is a front-end focused role, with a strong emphasis on project initiation, interpreting functional briefs, and technical scope technical definition, ensuring projects are set up effectively from the outset and aligned with programme and organisational and contractual objectives.\nThe Role supports others who are responsible for delivering projects to time, budget, and specification, ensuring all project goals are achieved in line with the Contracting Entity’s requirements and overall strategic objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nFront-end project leadership (key focus)\nLead and / or support the early stages of projects, including:\nDevelopment of Functional Briefs into Technical Scopes \nSupporting scope writing aligned to RIAI / RIBA workflows and H&S regulations and aviation directives \nDefining project structure, supporting delivery approach, and supporting governance \nUnderstand how projects evolve across the lifecycle and embed best practice processes from the outset \nEnsure clarity and alignment across internal stakeholders before project mobilisation \nProvide induction training to Infrastructure new starts \nProgramme requirements, standards & performance\nDevelop and manage the key documents e.g. Project Execution Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan and others\nEnsure alignment with internal standards, delivery frameworks, and governance\nBuild strong working relationships with the key stakeholders and wider external teams\nOversee Technical Delivery Sharepoint editing and updates\nProject management\nCoordinate and support all project lifecycle stages\nManage interfaces across internal and external stakeholders\nMaintain RACI chart and ensure accountability across teams\nCoordinate and engage design consultant's frameworks and other providers\nLead design review processes and communicate approvals\nMaintain and support functional and controls teams including project risk registers\nParticipating in change control processes\nEnsure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders\nIdentify and implement organisational process and workflow improvements\nParticipating in Lessons Learnt activities\nContract administration\nDemonstrate a broad understanding of NEC PSC contracts and Project Design Assurance activities\nManage and facilitate Technical Scope Reviews process on behalf of the Technical Delivery Manager\nSupport organisational NEC contract processes, including programme reviews and acceptance\nAct in the spirit of mutual trust and collaboration\nEnsure contract compliance\nStakeholder Management\nEngage with a wide range of stakeholders including: Internal teams (Asset Management, Operations, etc.)\nDesign Consultants, and external partners\n\nBuild strong relationships and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration\n Candidate profile\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in construction / infrastructure project delivery\nStrong understanding of project delivery in Ireland\nExperience on front-end project stages (scope, initiation, statutory planning)\nKnowledge of the full project lifecycle\nDemonstrated capability in scope writing and support to define the briefing processes\nHighly proactive and forward-thinking\nStrong problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset\nConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills\nComfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments\nAble to anticipate challenges and drive solutions early in the project lifecycle\nSolid understanding of:\nRIAI / RIBA methodologies and associated workflows\nIreland’s Health & Safety regulations, including PSDP services\nCommercial awareness and acumen\nBackground in Architecture or Engineering or associated experience preferred\nStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite\nProven ability to:\nWork proactively and reactively, anticipating issues\nImprove processes and workflows\nManage multiple stakeholders effectively\nExperience setting up project workflows, templates, and governance structures\nDesirable\nAviation or airport project experience\nExperience working in live operational environments (e.g.
