The successful candidate will oversee and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to managing project risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile infrastructure developments within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nPlan, organize, and deliver infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.\nDevelop comprehensive project execution plans, including scope definition, schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and budget estimates.\nManage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are achieved and resources are utilized efficiently.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.\nLead stakeholder engagement activities and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, utility providers, consultants, contractors, and project partners.\nMonitor project progress against established milestones, KPIs, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as required.\nCoordinate design reviews, procurement activities, construction interfaces, and project handover processes.\nManage project documentation, contracts, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.\nOversee contractor and consultant performance, including contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial matters.\nPrepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations to clients and senior management.\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, aviation, rail, energy, water, or urban development projects.\nDemonstrated experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and handover.\nProven experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.\nStrong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and reporting.\nExperience in contract administration and commercial management.\nDemonstrated experience in stakeholder and client relationship management.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
