We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Position Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Interior to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while effectively coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nManage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.\nDevelop project schedules, resource plans, procurement plans, and execution strategies.\nMonitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.\nEnsure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.\nDrive project completion while maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.\nConduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.\nCoordinate with design, procurement, MEP, QS, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.\nManage client expectations and address project-related concerns proactively.\nCost & Commercial Management\nTrack project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.\nReview BOQs, variations, vendor quotations, and subcontractor bills.\nEnsure proper documentation of change orders, claims, and commercial correspondences.\nSupport billing certification and project cash flow management.\nQuality & Safety\nEnsure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.\nImplement quality assurance and quality control measures at site.\nPromote and enforce compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.\nConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safe working practices.\nVendor & Contractor Management\nManage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.\nMonitor vendor performance, material delivery schedules, and workmanship quality.\nResolve site execution issues and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare and present weekly/monthly project progress reports.\nMaintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, RFIs, MOMs, and completion records.\nEnsure proper handover documentation and project close-out processes.\n Experience & Skills\n10-12 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, corporate office projects, hospitality, retail, or high-end residential projects.\nProven experience managing large-scale interior projects independently.\nStrong understanding of project management principles, execution methodologies, and construction practices.\nKnowledge of interior finishes, fit-out works, MEP coordination, and statutory requirements.\nProficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
