We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Job Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager - MEP with 15+ years of experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services across large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, or mixed-use projects. The role involves leading MEP design coordination, project execution, stakeholder management, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nLead end-to-end MEP project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.\nEnsure timely completion of MEP works within approved budgets and quality standards.\nMonitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks impacting delivery.\nDesign & Technical Coordination\nReview and validate MEP design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.\nCoordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.\nEnsure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project requirements.\nDrive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and performance.\nContract & Vendor Management\nManage MEP contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.\nReview technical bids, vendor proposals, and contractor performance.\nEnsure contractual obligations and project deliverables are met effectively.\nQuality & Safety Management\nEstablish and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and statutory regulations.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines across project sites.\nCost & Commercial Management\nMonitor MEP budgets, forecasts, and project cash flows.\nEvaluate variation orders, claims, and change requests.\nSupport procurement and commercial teams in technical evaluations and negotiations.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders on MEP-related matters.\nConduct project review meetings and present progress reports to leadership.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop MEP engineers and project teams.\nDrive performance management, capability building, and knowledge sharing initiatives.\nFoster collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.\nMaster's Degree or additional certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, LEED, IGBC AP, or equivalent preferred.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
