As a Project Management Advisor with us, you will play a key role in representing our tenant clients throughout their projects, ranging from fit-outs and relocation projects to other commercial real estate matters. You will be a central sparring partner for tenants, developers, and landlords, and will be given the mandate to influence important decisions that create long-term value for our clients and their offices or properties.

Our mission is to expertly guide clients through complex processes, safeguarding their values, investments, and operations in interactions with landlords, suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Our project managers work closely with our CBRE partners on commercial and workplace-related needs, enabling us to deliver end-to-end solutions across all sectors and to work on complex and interesting projects.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead your own projects from start-up to completion with responsibility for results and processes
  • Manage complex commercial real estate projects, with a particular focus on progress planning and monitoring, quality assurance and risk management,
  • Represent our tenant clients and guide them through fit-out projects, relocation projects, and other real estate initiatives, with a primary focus on safeguarding their interests and experience of control during the process.
  • Be a central sparring partner and ensure close follow-up and coordination of stakeholders such as developers, landlords, tenants, consultants, suppliers, and management
  • Actively contribute to strategic decisions related to project development and commercial choices
  • Identify improvement opportunities, optimize project deliveries, and ensure sustainable goals are set
  • Prepare and follow up on project plans, budgets, schedules, and governing documentation
  • Conduct procurement and tender processes, negotiate agreements, and ensure optimal supplier choices
  • Report on progress and status
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management, ideally within occupier and retail projects.
  • Experience within construction consultancy is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in strategic advisory, scheduling, and process management.
  • A solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from early-stage advisory and planning through execution to completion and post-project review.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting fit-out, relocation, or commercial real estate projects is an advantage.
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field such as construction, project management, engineering, or architecture is considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of core project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, landlords, developers, and contractors.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
