Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nAs a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a dedicated Life Sciences client based in Spring House, PA to help achieve the client company's strategic business objectives.\nThis is not a remote role and does require onsite presence.\nThis job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop capital plans for various Facilities projects for all stages and be responsible for portfolio management and project execution for a dedicated Life Sciences client. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.\nInteract directly with the client's site lead to manage and lead all projects including preparing all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.\nDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.\nImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.\nEnsure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.\nDirect the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.\nBuild action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.\nDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.\nApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.\nMentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.\nImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.\nWork within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nBachelor's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.\nGeneral knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.\nAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
