Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage various Commercial Real Estate projects for a high profile dedicated Financial Services Sector client in the greater New York City area. The Project Manager will lead high-end Class A commercial real estate renovation projects with direct accountability for project delivery.\nThis is a hybrid role, the selected candidate will be required to report to the clients' offices in New York City a minimum of three days per week. \nThis job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.\nDemonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.\nInterface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.\nIdentifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.\nLeads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.\nImplements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.\nImplements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.\nTracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.\nImplements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.\nDemonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.\nDemonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc).\nOther duties as assigned.\n Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nBachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
