We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Job Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Planning to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities across large-scale construction projects. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks and delays, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective planning and control mechanisms.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6/MS Project.\nEstablish project planning methodologies, milestones, resource plans, and project control systems.\nMonitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays, risks, and critical path activities.\nPrepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management and clients.\nConduct schedule impact analysis and recommend recovery plans to mitigate project delays.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, billing, QA/QC, and site execution teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.\nMonitor resource utilization including manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve optimum productivity.\nTrack project KPIs, earned value metrics, productivity trends, and project performance indicators.\nReview contractors' and subcontractors' schedules and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nSupport management in forecasting project completion timelines and cash flow requirements.\nParticipate in client meetings and provide planning-related insights and reporting.\nEnsure adherence to organizational planning standards, project control procedures, and reporting frameworks.\nFacilitate risk identification workshops and develop mitigation strategies for project execution challenges.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.\nCertification in Primavera P6 and/or Project Management methodologies will be an added advantage.\nPMP certification preferred.\nExperience Requirements\n10-12 years of experience in project planning and project controls within construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, data center, or real estate projects.\nProven expertise in project scheduling, monitoring, delay analysis, and recovery planning.\nExperience handling multiple stakeholders and large, complex projects.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
