You will be part of an integrated delivery team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects-from design and procurement through to construction and handover.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where you will directly influence outcomes, drive programme performance, and contribute to commercial success.\nWhy join us?\nBe part of a delivery-focused model where you own outcomes, not just process\nGain exposure to end-to-end project delivery, including commercial and supply chain management\nWork within an integrated team environment that enables faster decision-making and real impact\nDevelop a broader, more commercially focused skillset\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion\nManage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes\nCoordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery model\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle\nManage contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards of delivery\nSupport procurement strategies, including engagement with supply chain partners \nIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution\nEnsure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, timelines, and budget expectations\nContribute to continuous improvement and standardisation across project delivery\nSkills & Experience\nProven experience in project management within construction, ideally in commercial office fit-out or similar sectors\nStrong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction delivery\nDemonstrated commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control\nExperience managing contractors and working with supply chains\nAbility to manage risk, make decisions, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nProactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach\nDegree-qualified in construction, project management, or a related discipline\nWorking towards or holding a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, or similar) is desirable\nCan speak, write and read in both French and English.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
