Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and process systems.
- Manage space planning, including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress, and future expansion.
- Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation, and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
- Integrate interfaces between CSA, MEP, hook-up, and equipment vendors.
- Propose space optimization solutions for utility corridors, pipe bridges, and electrical rooms.
- Review design changes and conduct pre-construction space feasibility checks.
- Manage and verify technical drawings, including P&IDs, sections, and shop drawings; ensure as-built model consistency.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, issue logs, and clash tracking summaries.
- Support owner and consultant technical review meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive Space Management experience with demonstrated leadership of SAPCE/Fab space planning activities is required
- Minimum 5 years in semiconductor plant construction or large-scale MEP integration; or 3+ years in BIM Space Management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, pipeline coordination, clash detection, and layout review.
- Preferred certifications: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM-related credentials.
