This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of large-scale tenant improvement and development construction projects for a key client in Sunnyvale, CA. You will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to help drive project success from planning through execution.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in construction project management. You should be comfortable managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential for this role.\n*Role requires 4 days per week on site in Sunnyvale, CA.\nResponsibilities:\nManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and members of the supply chain to support the delivery of compliant projects.\nAnalyze, track, and assist in managing critical milestone activities to help avoid delays in the schedule.\nSupport the implementation of effective project governance, processes, and systems.\nContribute to the application of best practices across all assigned projects.\nAssist in the preparation of formal project status reports and other documentation as required.\nMonitor the progress of construction projects to ensure that approved design standards are being followed.\nCoordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting tools and weekly meetings.\nHelp manage the flow of project information through consistent communication and documentation.\nSupport the forecasting and updating of key project milestones.\nAssist in monitoring local design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.\nProvide general technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders.\nRespond promptly to requests for information from the field.\nSupport cost control efforts, value engineering, and constructability reviews when needed.\nReview project documentation including reports, drawings, timelines, and cost estimates from consultants and contractors.\nAssist in client relationship management by helping to maintain strong working relationships and identifying future opportunities.\nContribute to strategic thinking by offering input on project approaches that align with both client and business goals.\nHelp capture key information and lessons learned from each project for future reference.\nIdentify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes.\nSupport business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities with existing and new clients.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. \n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.\nExperience working on projects valued from $50-$100million.\nGeneral Contractor experience preferred.\nMembership in relevant professional organizations is preferred.\nThree to five years of experience in construction project management or consulting.\nExperience with commercial tenant improvement projects is preferred.\nExperience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple work streams.\nStrong organizational and team collaboration skills.\nEffective verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction project management platforms such as Procore.\nExperience working in the United States, specifically in the California Bay Area, is required.\n The salary range for this full-time role is$120K-$145K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
