This individual will lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering, infrastructure, and capital construction projects within a technically complex environment.\nThe ideal candidate combines exceptional project management capability with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, engineering design, construction execution, commissioning, and stakeholder management\n Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.\nServe as the primary point of contact between the client, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.\nLead the development of project scope, budgets, schedules, risk management plans, and project execution strategies.\nReview and provide technical oversight on electrical engineering designs, specifications, and construction documents.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and operational requirements.\nMonitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget objectives.\nManage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract administration, and vendor performance.\nProvide oversight of electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution, substations, critical power systems, backup generation, UPS systems, and related facility systems.\nEnsure compliance with client standards, industry best practices, safety requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.\nDrive project governance, reporting, documentation control, and communication with executive leadership.\nLead project meetings and provide clear status reporting on scope, schedule, budget, and risk.\nSupport commissioning activities and project turnover to operations teams.\nMentor junior project managers and engineering professionals as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\n8+ years of experience managing engineering, construction, infrastructure, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or technical facility projects.\nStrong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and building electrical systems.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams through complex project delivery environments.\nDemonstrated expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE).\n Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience supporting semiconductor, data center, advanced technology, manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical facility projects.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, energy systems, utility coordination, and electrical infrastructure upgrades.\nKnowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and industry electrical standards.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
