We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Quality Management\nDevelop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).\nEstablish QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.\nEnsure compliance with client specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.\nMonitor project quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead quality audits and assessments across project phases.\nInspection & Testing\nManage all inspection and testing activities for civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.\nReview and approve inspection requests, test reports, and quality records.\nVerify equipment and materials meet project specifications before installation.\nOversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and integrated systems testing.\nNon-Conformance & Corrective Actions\nInvestigate quality issues and non-conformance reports (NCRs).\nCoordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nMonitor closure of NCRs and quality observations.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement lessons learned.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate project quality documentation and records.\nEnsure as-built and turnover documentation meet client requirements.\nPrepare quality reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for project leadership and clients.\nSupport project handover and closeout activities.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with project managers, construction managers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.\nParticipate in client quality meetings and site inspections.\nAct as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.\n Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related discipline.\n8-15 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects.\nMinimum 5 years in data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or industrial construction environments.\nProven experience managing QA/QC programs for hyperscale or colocation data centers.\nExperience with commissioning and integrated systems testing is highly preferred.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
