Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Italy we are currently recruiting for an experiencedQA/QC Manager to join our Data Centre team in Milan.\nIn this role you will support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on large scale construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects meet established quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting overall project delivery.\nWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards \nConduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance \nReview construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability \nSupport RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking \nIdentify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks \nMaintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records \nCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes \nSupport project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress \nAssist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance \nParticipate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders \nReview as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activities \nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle \n Degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \n3-7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree). \nExperience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operations. \nFamiliarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes. \nKnowledge of construction safety practices. \nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nItalian speaking, good command of written and spoken English \nAvailability for on-site work\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
