There is a potential to work 50% in Eunice and 50% in Houston. The ideal individual will be an experienced risk professional that has supported large scale construction projects.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling, timely drawdown of risk budget or retirement of threat/opportunity\nUse risk data to inform investment planning\nMonitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget\nWork with contractors to assess contractors held risks and their views on client held risks that impact upon them \nProduce risk reports as required, in a timely manner, to support the effective communication of threat and opportunity status \nConduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels\nInitiate a proactive approach to the review, development and improvement of risk management services for the client \nUndertake end-to-end project risk management practices on multiple projects/programs. \nUndertake the creation of risk management plans and processes in adherence to client requirements, processes, policies, and frameworks \nConduct risk reviews at regular intervals, identify and analyze, determine response plans, ensure that project and program risk profiles are being monitored and reported \nLead and run a comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) process is delivered \nEstablish integration of the risk management function within the program and project controls team, with direct touch points to cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting. \nWork proactively and collaboratively with program and project control teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvement opportunities \nProvide opportunities to facilitate the transfer of knowledge within the immediate risk team, to the greater project controls team, and to the client. The transfer of knowledge may include informal one-on-one discussions with client stakeholders and more formal presentations to clients and colleagues \nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable\n **Ability to work onsite in Eunice, New Mexico (potential work schedule of 50% in Houston, Texas).\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction\nMinimum 2+ years of applicable experience \nRelevant construction project procurement and contract management experience\nDemonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment \nDeep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques \nStrong communication, analytical and negotiation skills\nIn-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods \nProficient in process mapping, root causes analysis, problem solving, and value-stream mapping \nFamiliarity with web-based database tools - ARM, Predict, Tableau \nHighly self-motivated, analytical, and customer centric\nExcellent communication skills\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
