This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment. Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.\nDevelop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.\nPrepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations\nEstablish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure\nConduct risk workshops, training and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization\nReview contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures\n Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with substantial focus on the real estate sector and project risk\nProven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies\nAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques\nDemonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
