Depending on your experience and specialism, you may work across business, solutions, enterprise or systems architecture disciplines, helping clients define strategy, deliver transformation and solve complex operational challenges.\nResponsibilities may include business analysis, architectural modelling, information management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of technology and business architectures to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.\nKey responsibilities\nAlign information and digital strategies with client needs and industry standards.\nCreate and update information models using frameworks like TOGAF.\nDrive adoption of modelling methodologies throughout organisations and projects.\nCommunicate business architecture from targeted enterprise perspectives.\nIdentify risks and suggest mitigations to information and digital strategies.\nCoordinate with stakeholders, design teams, and contractors for consistent modelling.\nRun workshops and meetings to promote alignment and engagement.\nAnalyse project data for compliance and insights.\nProduce reports and documentation to inform decision making.\nReview colleagues' work to uphold quality standards.\nImprove modelling services through feedback and involvement.\nContribute to bids by highlighting modelling strengths and value.\nSupport and manage team development.\nResearch new technologies for relevance to clients.\nRepresent Turner & Townsend as a digital services ambassador in defence.\n Essential\nDemonstrates a methodical and detail-focused approach, complemented by a proactive and inquisitive attitude.\nExhibits confidence in challenging established assumptions and promoting innovation within digital delivery.\nDesirable\nProven ability to engage with senior stakeholders to gather and define requirements.\nFamiliarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and NAF is advantageous.\nUnderstanding of modelling languages, including ArchiMate, is considered beneficial.\nExperienced in model-based systems engineering.\nSkilled in developing and maintaining comprehensive models to generate documentation.\nProficient in utilising information modelling software such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.\nExperienced in model interrogation and performing data analysis.\nAwareness of software development concepts is advantageous.\nPossesses strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and producing actionable insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, effective across both technical and non-technical audiences.\nEligible for SC clearance; sole British nationality is preferred due to programme sensitivity.\nPrevious experience working in defence or other secure/government environments.\nExperience supporting bid proposals and business development initiatives.\nWhy Apply?\nPlay a key role in a major national defence programme.\nGain or upgrade Security Clearance (SC) in a secure environment.\nDrive digital transformation in Defence.\nWork with multidisciplinary teams on large projects.\nBe recognised as an expert in information management.\nBenefit from professional development and career growth.\nJoin a culture focused on innovation, integrity, and impact.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
