In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules for complex energy construction projects.\nSupport the Project Manager in establishing the master schedule and project milestones plan.\nResponsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating the overall project schedule in all its phases.\nIntegrate detailed schedules for each project stage developed by the parties responsible for each phase: design, procurement, construction, commissioning.\nIssue planning reports, project progress updates, deviations, etc.\nSupport the Project Manager in developing mitigation or acceleration plans for timelines.\nAssist the procurement manager in establishing schedules for procurement and purchasing.\nSupport the procurement and/or construction manager in setting milestone plans for tender documents.\n Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent\nMinimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in energy projects\nProficiency in project management/scheduling software such as Primavera P6\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis\nStrong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM)\nExperience with resource allocation and management in large-scale construction projects\nFamiliarity with energy construction processes and standards\nKnowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nEffective communication in English and Spanish are required\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nWillingness to travel to project sites as needed\nAbility to work in Spanish and English\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
