The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). \nEstablish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs. \nInterface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project. \nPrepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. \nConduct schedule of resource loading and leveling. \nConsolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS. \nAssess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team. \nMonitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies, perform schedule analytics, and prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level schedule communications.\nMaintain records of scope changes, trends, risks, assumptions, and variances that may impact schedule performance, and assess associated impacts to project delivery.\nAssure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule. \nMaintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.\nProject/Program specifications:\nProject/Program specific responsibilities: Schedule/ Planner Manager\nMarket sector experience: Commercial Real Estate, Life Sciences, Commercial Occupier\nProject/program size in dollar value: >=$1B\nSoftware specific requirements: Microsoft Suite, Oracle P6\n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.\nBetween 5-7 years of applicable experience.\nDirect experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment. \nExpertise using Primavera P6. \nExcellent communication skills.\nCertification Requirements: AACE Certification (preferred)\nExpertise using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheets (preferred).\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\n*SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. \nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
