In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing design excellence across our organization while fostering a collaborative and creative culture.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive design strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities\nOversee the design process from concept through execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to deliver cohesive design solutions\nManage design budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs\nEstablish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all projects\nPresent design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and business value\nStay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to keep the organization competitive\nConduct design reviews and quality assurance to ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards\n 15+ years of professional experience in design management or senior design roles\nProven track record of leading design teams and managing creative projects from conception to delivery\nExpert proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)\nStrong understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles\nDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing design strategies and brand guidelines\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong budget management and resource allocation experience\nExceptional communication and presentation skills for both creative and non-creative audiences\nKnowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches preferred\nProven ability to mentor and develop junior designers preferred\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments preferred\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
